Q1: How fast do you ship?

UK orders ship from our UK or supplier-network warehouses. Standard delivery typically 4–10 working days, express options at checkout. US orders typically 3–7 business days.

Q2: What’s your returns policy?

60 days, no questions. If it doesn’t suit your pet, send it back for a full refund. UK customers also have the 14-day statutory right to cancel.

Q3: Is it covered by warranty?

All electronics carry a 2-year manufacturer warranty. Non-electronic items carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

Q4: Can I track my order?

Yes — every order gets a tracking link via email within 24h of shipping. SMS updates available at checkout.

Q5: What if my pet doesn’t like it?

Send it back within 60 days, no questions. You don’t even need to give a reason.

Q7: Where do you ship from?

We ship from a mix of UK, US, and international supplier warehouses depending on the product. Each product page shows expected delivery time. We never ship cheap plastic from unknown sources — every supplier on our roster is vetted.

Q8: Do you ship to my country?

Currently UK and US (with automatic USD/GBP currency conversion). EU, Canada, Australia and New Zealand coming Q4. Email hello@petmade.com if you’d like an order to a country we don’t list yet — we’ll try.
