United Kingdom

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK consumers may cancel within 14 days of receipt for any reason. This is in addition to our 60-day guarantee. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 also gives you the right to a refund, repair, or replacement for faulty goods.

United States

60 days from delivery to return for any reason.

How to return

1. Email hello@madpettech.com with order number and reason.
2. We send you a prepaid return label.
3. Pack the product in its original packaging if possible.
4. Drop off with the carrier on the label.
5. Refund issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.

Condition: Original packaging with all accessories, unused or lightly tested. Pet hair or light food residue is fine.

Damaged or defective: Email a photo and order number to hello@madpettech.com. We replace or refund immediately.

Warranty (after 60 days): 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Does not cover drops, water damage beyond IP rating, pet chewing, or unauthorised modification.

Exchanges: Available — mention when you contact support.

Sale items: Returnable on the same terms unless marked final sale.
