Processing time: 1 business day (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays). Orders before 2 PM local time usually ship the same day.

- Standard (3–7 business days) — Free
- Express (1–3 business days) — $14.99

United Kingdom
- Standard (5–10 business days) — £4.99 (free over £40)
- Express (2–4 business days) — £12.99
UK orders ship from our UK or supplier-network warehouses.
Customs: UK orders may attract import VAT or customs duty on delivery. The carrier will contact you to collect. We are working on landed-cost delivery (all duties included at checkout).
Tracking: Tracking number sent by email and SMS as soon as your order ships.
Address changes: Email hello@madpettech.com within 1 hour of placing your order.
Lost or delayed: If tracking has not updated in 7 days (US) or 10 days (UK), email hello@madpettech.com.
Damaged on arrival: Photograph and email hello@madpettech.com within 7 days. We replace or refund — no return needed.
Wrong item: We pay return shipping and send the correct item at no cost.
