Eligibility: You must be at least 16 to buy.

Products and pricing: We display products and prices accurately. Prices may include or exclude VAT/sales tax as shown at checkout. We may correct pricing errors and offer a full refund if the order has not shipped.

Orders: Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm by sending the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Payment: Taken at checkout via Shopify Payments, Stripe, or PayPal. We never store full card numbers.

Returns: See our Refund and Returns Policy. UK consumers have a 14-day statutory cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Intellectual property: All content on the site, including the Mad Pet Tech name and logo, is owned by Mad Pet Tech. Do not copy without permission.

Prohibited uses: No unlawful purpose, no unauthorised access, no scraping, no impersonation, no interference with security.

User content: If you submit reviews or photos, you grant Mad Pet Tech a worldwide non-exclusive royalty-free licence to use them for marketing.

Disclaimers: The site is provided as is. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Limitation of liability: Our total liability is limited to the price paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law: England and Wales. UK consumer law protections still apply.

Changes: We may update these Terms. Continued use means you accept them.
